I think the hardest part about this whole process was the wait because it was for such a special occasion. However, when I received the dress-the quality and details were just like the pictures. Everyone that has seen it…their jaws dropped!! It is magnificent and beautiful. I cannot wait for my daughter to wear this. It is more than I imagined. I will 1000% order more dresses.
We couldn't be happier with this dress. Our granddaughter looks like an angel. The dress is bridal quality and and the Mia Bambina staff went above and beyond to ensure the dress was everything we expected it to be. We will be ordering flower girl & jr. bridesmaids dresses for my younger daughter's 2025 wedding. Our granddaughter's beaming face said it all. Don't hesitate to place an order.
This dress is beautiful and perfect for my daughter's First Communion. I love the long sleeves,lacework and beading. Everything is delicate and soft, the tulle cascades from the waist without adding too much volume. As wonderful as this dress is, it doesn't compare to the amazing customer service I received from Eleana.She worked with me for weeks to ensure a proper fit for my daughter, sent out multiple dresses and followed up as promised. Thank you Eleana for all your help, I am a customer for life !!!!!

I ordered a communion dress for my daughter. The dress was absolutely stunning!! The detail on the dress is amazing and the material is top notch. Although the dress was too big, Elena was helpful and sent out a smaller dress in record time. Not only are the dresses beautiful, the customer service is 5 star.

So ultimately, we are in love with this dress. It is beautiful and the quality is what you would expect for the price. With that being said, the dress runs very small. Despite ordering the size recommended based on my daughter's measurements, it is at least one size too small and we are having massive alterations done so she can wear it (a testament to how beautiful the dress is). I am doubtful I would order from this seller again. Besides a single email telling me I would get an email notification when our order shipped, the seller refused to respond to emails (I was looking for information that would let me know if the dress was likely to arrive in time and with time for alterations if needed and whether they also sold the hair piece shown in the photographs of the dress... I understand it can be hard to pin down an exact timeframe on when items like this will be completed but a simple response that gave me some info. on recent turn around times would have been appreciated.) I expect better customer service when I spend this much on a child's garment so, this retailer isn't for me.

My daughter’s dress is lovely. The quality is excellent, and the design is gorgeous. The delivery was faster than I expected, and the dress arrived in perfect condition.
It’s a nice dress, but having bought 2 others from Mia Bambina, it’s not as nice as those. The length on this Philadelphia dress was short, it was supposed to drag and it doesn’t even touch the ground, will have to just use it like that.
The dress is exactly as pictured absolutely beautiful. A perfect fit, my daughter is 7 and got the 7/8 she’s thin and it fit very well.
Is a stunning dress but was not the best experience. I ordered the dress in February and we received it in July. My daughter missed her first communion and now the dress doesn’t fit her. It was a custom one ser so, no refunds are allowed and now we have to take it to an alteration place to try to make it work. I do not know if I will order a dress ever again, it was a not pleasant experience.
